Mobile version of project not mathcing laptop version

The mobile version and laptop (and tablet) versions of my project are not in sync.

Is there an easy way (one click?) to get the mobile version to copy across the laptop settings?

If not, things like LINKing from a mobile element don’t appear in the menus so how do I make my mobile elements link to other pages?
