Welcome to the CodeDesign Forum! Our aim is to foster an inclusive and respectful environment for all members. By participating in this community, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to enforce these guidelines and take appropriate action in response to violations. This document may evolve over time, so please stay informed about its updates.

Respectful Engagement

We are committed to upholding a space that is free from all forms of harassment and discrimination. Every member deserves to feel safe and valued, regardless of their gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, age, race, or religion.

Unacceptable behaviors include:

  • Making offensive remarks about gender, sexual orientation, appearance, or any personal attribute.

  • Posting unwelcome comments related to lifestyle choices, beliefs, or practices.

  • Using incorrect names or misgendering intentionally.

  • Sharing explicit sexual content or engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior.

  • Initiating physical contact, virtual or real, without consent.

  • Threatening violence or promoting harm to individuals.

  • Encouraging self-harm or suicide.

  • Engaging in intimidation, stalking, or following.

  • Disrupting discussions deliberately.

  • Displaying unwelcome sexual attention.

  • Continuously contacting others after being asked to stop.

  • Revealing personal information without consent, except to protect vulnerable individuals from abuse.

  • Publishing private conversations without consent.

  • Any other behavior that makes others feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

  • Prioritizing Inclusivity

  • We prioritize the safety and comfort of marginalized individuals over those who hold privilege. Complaints will not be addressed when they involve expressing boundaries, communicating in a way you don’t prefer, or criticizing oppressive behavior.

Honesty and Transparency

Authenticity is important to us. We encourage members to use real identities, fostering open and genuine conversations among Figma enthusiasts, developers, and partners.

Confidentiality and Marketing

Please refrain from sharing confidential information, as this is a public forum. While we encourage partner involvement, blatant self-promotion and spam are not allowed.

Reporting and Accountability

If you encounter harassment or witness it happening, please reach out to us at support@codedesign.app We take all reports seriously, even those outside our forum. Harassment reports will be handled with discretion, and we respect victims’ confidentiality requests.

Consequences

Those found in violation of this Code of Conduct will be asked to cease their inappropriate behavior immediately. Depending on the severity, actions may include warning, suspension, or permanent expulsion from the CodeDesign Forum. We are dedicated to maintaining a respectful environment for all members.
